5700X3D or 9600X?

I am currently rocking a ancient rx 550 (2gb vram💀) and a mildly old r5 3600.
Going to switch gpu to the 9070xt first but after that what should i do with my cpu plan?

5700x3d and 9600x are very close in performance most of the times 9600x passing by %10 by avg but i don't want to look at new ram prices or new motherboard as mine is fine as is. (some asus tuf model mb) so is just going to the 5700x3d fine? i know both are a big upgrade but the general ram shortage is the only thing making me be in between these 2 options
