TV Time badges not unlocking since day one – tried everything, nothing works

I’ve been using TV Time for about 5 months now, and not a single badge has unlocked for me — not even the basic ones.

I’ve: Posted many comments (on different days). Rated a lot of episodes. Tracked shows normally (not all at once anymore)

Still zero badges.

I tried everything: cleared cache, reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, logged out and back in, app is fully updated, account is linked to Google — nothing worked.

I even contacted support and got no response at all.

Is this a known bug? Did anyone else face this? Or is my account just completely broken at this point?
