Login issues for app

Hi, everyone,

I just bought a new phone (specifically an iPhone 17, if that helps). Tried to log into the app, and I don’t even get five letters of my username typed in before the app crashes. I’ve since tried it several times and I’m still getting the same results.

I don’t know what to do in this situation. Has anyone else run into this issue before, and if so what were you able to do to correct the issue? And does BF know anything about this problem?

Any help is appreciated.
