NBME Question Tracker/Review Overkill?

I was trying to figure out a review to systematically review NBMEs. I did NBME 26 as a baseline and created an excel sheet to track corrects, incorrects and reason for incorrects and everything else in this sheet. Is this overkill. I dont wanna passively read over the wrongs and stuff. has anyone else done something similar? advice appreciated
