CDSC account opening delays?

So i recently decided to invest in govt Securities and stocks and i settled on SBG securities as my preferred stock broker. Last week around Thursday I finished getting the necessary documents together and delivered them to stanbic bank where they mailed it to SBG securities in Nairobi.

Today is Monday and I haven't gotten any feedback. My question is how long does it normally take to approve and open a CDSC account? Should I try opening one again or just have patience?
