All the new items, and what bot laners will likely build them.

First off, the items that are unlikely to be built by any bot laner:

• Diadem of Songs (support tear item)
• Protoplasm Harness (lifeline tank item)
• Bandlepipes (Aura tank support item)

Every other item being introduced or returning all have a likely chance to be seen in the bot lane, whether being used by a marksman, or a mage.

• Hexoptics C44: Increased Range, increased damage based on range.
  • Likely users: Caitlyn, Ashe, Varus, Senna, Corki, Draven, Aphelios, Jhin, Jinx, Tristana, Sivir, Xayah, Smolder, Twitch, Yunara, Zeri
    • Basically, if you build crit, and have decent range, you want this item.
    • Varus and Senna are the only two weird ones, since Varus doesn't typically build crit, and Senna is.....Senna.
• Fiendhunter Bolts: Ult focused Zeal item
  • Likely users: Twitch, Yunara, Zeri
    • This may actually have a harder time finding a home on marksman than you think. Solo crit laners may actually build it more than bot laners.
    • It is an auto include on Twitch, however. I'm almost certain that this will be his go to zeal item from now on, even outcompeting Runaan's.
• Bastionbreaker: Lethality item granting bonus damage to turrets and epic monsters
  • Likely users: Draven, MF, Jhin, Caitlyn, Varus, Lucian?
    • Basically, if you're building lethality, you're building this. No ifs, ands, or buts.
    • This may also bring back the return of Lethality Lucian, though I think his reliance on Essence Reaver will keep him from building this early on.
• Eternal Hunger: AD Omnivamp item granting Tenacity
  • Likely Users: Draven, MF, Nilah
    • Essentially a healing item for AD casters
    • Jhin doesn't want this because his damage comes out too slowly to really make use of this.
    • You'll see this plenty in the top lane, but the listed champs should still be able to make use of it
• Actualizer: Mana empowering Lost Chapter item
  • Likely users: any mage bot laner
    • This is a near perfect item for a bot lane APC. Combine it with tear into Seraph's, and you can have some serious threats.
• Dusk & Dawn: AP Sheen item that grants attack speed, and double on hit effects
  • Likely users: Ziggs, Ez*, Corki*
    • Will almost certainly see this more in mid and jungle (and on Gwen in the top lane), but the attack speed makes it something that Ziggs might actually want.
    • I don't think Zigg's passive is on-hit, but if it is.....oh boy.
    • Ez and Corki are included because it's a sheen item....and you should all know how much Ez loves to break on hit effects, even if they are AP.
• Hextech Gunblade: Premier hybrid damage item, but now returning with only lifesteal, and not omnivamp.
  • Likely users: Kai'sa? Kog'maw? Varus (on hit)?
    • It wasn't built alot when it existed, and it's unlikely to be built alot again by bot laners.
    • BUT, we are getting a 7th item slot, so hybrid, on-hit builders may actually build it late into the game....maybe.
• Stormrazor: Return of what used to be our premier energized attacks item. Now is the second item to grant all 3 stats of AD, AS, and Crit.
  • Likely users: Caitlyn, Jhin, Draven, Smolder, Yasuo, Yone
    • Basically, if you build RFC, you're building this FIRST. Caitlyn and Jhin mains rejoice, and welcome your new brothers from the Smolder mains who will LOVE this item.
    • But, don't forget the wind shitters.
    • I don't think Yone got to see this item before it got removed, and if he did, it was for a very short time. That said, he may not have room for it since he prefers to build more like a fighter than a marksman. But just like Yas, he can very easily build it.
    • Yasuo was a very prominent builder of Stormrazor back in the day, and I have no doubts that he'll be building it again.

And that's all the items that have been revealed. All in all, it's damn good day to be an ADC main, and it's going to be a fantastic season for us next year.

Just don't forget that this will all make us even bigger targets than we already are. So, have fun killing ADN dying!
