Gaadi sikha do

For past few days I've been trying to learn bike riding on lord splendor.... doesn't go above 10kmph at 1st gear, can't handle the gears and clutch at high traffic and uphill(got stuck at uphill yesterday for 15 mins, upar hi nhi gyi😭😭) need some basic tips and tricks on how should I carry on with my progress and what'll to keep in mind...thanks
