What the fuck is up with people playing premier and not even using their mic?

Five games in a row have I had drones for teammates who give no fucking info and just do their own bloody thing.
I try to be nice and have a PMA with good comms like "good job" or "nice try" to engage them.
Then suddenly when all goes to shit when it's 3-10 they start yapping.
2k elo down the drain due to this bullshit.

There should be a feature where you can choose requirements on the lobby i.e language and microphone.
