I need help ASAP

Where I am we just had a ton of snow, I have a 2000 nissan altima that decided to slip on some black ice into a ditch. The car is perfectly fine except for a little plastic(?) tube that the transmission fluid was running through decided to snap, what is the cost of this and can I do it myself? My car is currently sitting in my work parking lot until I can fix it (I do not care if I have to work on it in the snow) Pls can anyone give me information on said line
