iPod 30pin to Zune adapter?

This is a long shot... but I have an older Trailblazer that the previous owner hardwired with a 30pin connector for an iPod when I bought it. It does not have usb or a 3.5mm in, and wireless transmitters have been bad at best. Is there an iPod female 30pin to male Zune or something equivalent so I can use my Zune 80? Is there another viable solution? Thanks!
