EOD With a failed CBP Poly

Yes i've read dozens of posts by guys saying they were either DQ or had offers rescinded for a failed DHS poly. I reached out to my POC, HR, PDS and everybody possible in the department lol nobody gave me a straight answer and instead forwarded the email to someone else.

I EOD 12/15 which most likely not going to happen now I have recent CBP poly failure. They told me they will give me instructions before the date. Since this is not anywhere in writing and each Field Office is running their own show, do you think I am 100% cooked ? (Not that it matters but prior LEO)
