IRS/DRP/VERA

why is it that IRS seems to be one of very few agencies that have not paid out AL and gotten the retirements/VERAs processed in any kind of timely manner? I know multiple folks from other agencies that receive their AL payout with their last check, and multiple people have already gotten their interim pay. IRS has had almost 9 months to get their crap together to get this done! Meanwhile they send out emails making excuse after excuse as to why they can’t seem to get things done and asking for patience! my patience is gone! They won’t process the actions until the retirement pkg has been finalized by them but they cant seem to do their jobs and get them done! This whole year has been a very trying time I get that. However IRS Ret HR get your stuff together and at least pay out the AL! it’s been almost 9 months…more then enough time for you to do your job!
