Annoying coworker

Is there a professional way to tell your coworker to leave you the fuck alone? My coworker is like a petulant gen z child. Constantly saying hi to me and doing weird things with their hands at me. They listen to every conversation I have with coworkers and butts into each one as well. I’ve started to ignore them to the point of not acknowledging them at all and they quite literally haven’t taken a hint. One time I ignored them they even made a point to get my attention to have to acknowledge them.
