Can someone help me pick a bear for a child?

I am wanting to order a build-a-bear for a 1 year old boy but I’m a bit overwhelmed with choices. He tends to like bears, cats and axolotls. Ideally one that is reasonably soft and has stitched eyes if anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.
