Modem and mesh router

Hello!

My wife and I want to get her parents a new modem and router because they hate paying the monthly fee to Spectrum. Was hoping to get some advice on what we should get them. They for sure don’t need the top of the line because they only use internet for streaming here and there and their phones. We were hoping to keep the budget roughly $180-$200 if possible. Any insight is appreciated!
