Paragard-help!

Hi all, really need some advice and possibly reassurance.

I (32f) got paragard Tuesday of last week. The insertion went great according to my doctor, even checked it with an ultrasound.

I am still having cramping ( no longer horrific but still strong period-level cramps). It’s almost constant. I started spotting today (day 6).

Here is my dilemma: I get married in 3 weeks. We decided to wait until marriage. We also decided to splurge on a tropical honeymoon so I would prefer we not spend it playing pattycake but I don’t know if I’m gonna still be crampy and miserable, or still spotting, which will definitely put a hamper on things.

Any advice is appreciated

And please talk nice to me, I’m already scared and anxious.

Sn:I’m moving out of the country in a week and it will take about a month for my insurance to kick in. In case I decide to remove it.
