Anybody else having issues getting the codes to reset your pas$word?

Been trying for a solid 30 minutes, email was confirmed a while back, used all my common passwords but no luck. Tried to reset it and the code just won't get here.

Is this something that should be addressed via the help button or some other way?

Note: Typo on Pas$word because the filter doesn't allow as$ LMAO.
