Flowers not Spawning/ SBV

Hello, all. I'm trying to complete the "A Hero of Ink and Paper" quest, flowers have been spawning but Olive Green ones are not. I've only 3/4 and have been trying for 2-3 days. I've already put a request in to the developers, but wanted to know if anyone ever had that issue? Thankssss
