Is it possible I am Pregnant?

I (20F) and my partner have been attempting to conceive for a bit. Now i understand that in order to truly know i would have to go to the doctor. I don't like doctors they freak me out. I got my IUD removed back in like March and we have been having unprotected intercourse since. I recently have been Urinating more frequently and don't even get me started on the mood swings. Now i must say that i do have severely irregular periods. Like can skip whole months sometimes. But Ive had heartburn for the last couple of weeks or so every time i wake up in the morning no matter what i eat the night before. I've been having cramping that is not as severe as my normal period cramps, and they come and go willy nilly. I am scared to test cause what if it says its negative and then that just rips my heart out of my chest further. I have never wanted children before this man and now that i have him and want them there may be a chance i can't have any and it terrifies me.
