Widest cycling shoes? Usually a men's size 10, 4E

Nobody seems to make a wide, so what is the widest option? And how much should I size up? Feet are 10.25" long, abd 4.125" wide. Can be road or mountain bike shoes, as I'm not particular, abd can change out the hardware easily enough.
