Hours dropping drastically

For the past couple months hours for both SSV’s and baristas have been dropping dramatically left and right.

A lot of us have opened up our availability’s, started doing doubles etc just to get extra hours but the keep disappearing.

Everyone keeps getting scheduled below their minimum hours! On the busiest season mind you where are all our hours going???

We haven’t hired any new people, and our coverage sucks ass because our manager cannot schedule the proper amount of ppl to begin with so where the hell is our hours going??

One of the other shift leads at my store told me their minimum hours to work is 35 and they got scheduled 28!!!! For a shift lead srsly???

We only have 16-17 partners in our store and we have gotten quite busy this year especially this holiday season we have been slammed, and yet we don’t have enough people to cover our floors.

Please, and SM or DM explain to me how nobody can get any hours, especially with it being the holidays and us being constantly told we need people cause of how busy it is.

I’ve got bills to pay I’m also in college! I need to keep my hours up in order to even qualify!
