I need help finding a career

Hi. I am 25F in West Georgia (Douglas county) about 45ish minutes from Atlanta. I am in desperate search for a new job. I didn’t take schooling seriously and I only have my associates degree in human biology/general studies. I’ve pretty much only worked as a front desk receptionist my entire working life. I make $20 an hour which is laughable in this economy. I am pretty shy and reserved but I am willing to learn how to socialize more. I want to know what’s a good career that I can get into that doesn’t require a lot of schooling. A calm office environment is preferable but it’s not a deal breaker if it isn’t.
