Viewing showhouse which is identical to house we are buying

Hi all, deposits down and contracts signed. Now for the fun stuff.

We are in the fortunate position where the showhouse for the next phase in the development is the exact same house type as the one we are purchasing. While we have been in it before when we were still looking around, I've asked for another viewing so we can take another look around with the knowledge this will be our home. Any tips/tricks for what to look out for, take note of? While they have begun construction on our house, it is not very advanced so im hoping if there are any design changes we are not delighted with, we can identify them now.

Thanks in advance!
