It's this Hue bulb safety issue?

Slowly converting my bulbs to Hue smart bulbs. Concerned if this is safety issue?

Looking swap out the 3 bulbs have in kitchen that is fan/lights chandelier combo. Not have smart bulbs in there now as prior smart bulbs I've looked at said not safe to use if there is already an existing dimmer switch.

So looking on Amazon at Hue Candle E12 (need have the candle style) the AI question section responds, if have existing permanent dimmer switch, keep on at 100% at all times, and use the app for dimming control.

Things of this nature, absolutely not trust some AI question/answer section.

Is it safe or should I just stay with regular light bulbs? My main concern, of course, do enjoy having a house go home to end of the day.
