3 Failed FET, what changes to make?

TTC naturally for 1 year before referral. Ultrasound showed a large endometrioma → waited 4 months for lap. Found stage 4 endo with bowel involvement (not all removed). That was 18 months ago.

Tried naturally another 6 months, then did 4 months of zoladex before IVF.

• Cycle 1: 11 eggs → 6 fertilised → 2 BB embryos (fresh + frozen) → both failed. • Cycle 2: Upped meds → 28 eggs → 18 fertilised → 5 frozen (higher grade). • Cycle 3: AA embryo transfer → failed.

So across 30 cycles TTC (natural + IVF), I’ve never seen a positive. Booked in with FS again, but wondering — if you’ve been through similar, what helped you know what to ask or push for? Feeling stuck since lap + zoladex didn’t give the results others seem to get.
