why talking to girls feels impossible after 3 years

honestly, sometimes it’s just hard to talk. after being in a 3-year relationship, i don’t even know how to talk to girls anymore. maybe i’m not really interested, maybe i’m just looking for something simple, nothing too deep. i overthink every word before it even comes out, and it feels like no one really understands what i mean. but here i am, still trying. sometimes i wonder… am i actually looking for her, or am i just looking for the idea of someone? does anyone else feel like this too?
