Chase Freedom Unlimited approved with in branch offer

I was just approved for the Freedom Unlimited in branch. The offer came with the 5% back at gas stations and restaurants for a year promotion, as well as $300 back after spending $500 in the first 3 months, instead of $200. He didn't even see the increase to $300 until we started the application so he confirmed with his manager the promotion should run from Dec 1 to Jan 15(?) I believe was the date. This offer wasn't available for the Freedom Flex however, in case anybody was wondering.
