Gauging interest - Weekly peer group for tech professionals 50+

I'm exploring starting a weekly Zoom meetup for developers and tech professionals over 50. The idea is to create a supportive community where we can share knowledge, discuss job search strategies, and navigate the unique challenges we face in the industry.

Potential topics:

• Modern tech stacks and keeping skills current
• Rotating presentations on what you are working on to keep your skills fresh
• Interview strategies and age bias navigation
• Career transitions (IC to management, consulting, etc.)
• Entrepreneurship endeavers

I'm thinking informal rotating discussions rather than formal presentations - leveraging our collective decades of experience to help each other. Bonus points if you are in San Diego.
