First time being sick after being diagnosed

I got diagnosed with pots in august, obviously this isn’t my first time being sick with pots but this time feels different. I don’t know if I notice more or what but my heart rate is crazy, I’m having terrible temperature dysregulation, and I feel like my whole body is vibrating. I feel horrible, could me being sick throw me into a flare?
