News feed completely in French (iOS)

Canadian here on vacation in France. My news feed has changed to completely in French. I have never had this problem anywhere else (Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, etc) so why this time?

I’ve checked my language settings and they are all set to English. I have geolocation shut off. Thoughts?
