Looking for a fic - please help

So im looking for a fic that i had so much fun reading a few years ago- its about harry taking on the moniker mr.black and going on adventures (on summer break).

The interesting and fun part is that there are misunderstandings/miscommunications everywhere he goes in his favor that always seem to make him great or amazing in others eyes.

For example, i remember a scene where he visits holland, and since he already made a name for himself (as his moniker) he is followed by secret agents of some sort and stops on some hill and shouts “the hills are alive”. In his head he’s like “ive always wanted to do that cuz its funny” or something, but the agents trip out- “how did he know about the thing locked up here? Maybe he’s warning us it woke up” or something and they think he’s some omniscient super powerful millennia old wizard.

TLDR; looking for a fic where harry does shenanigans and everything is misinterpreted as him being super smart and powerful- all under the name Mr. Black.
