Anyone here live at 250 Douglas Place?

I've been very curious about those apartments and am wanting to move there some day. However, their website does not include pictures/floor plans for the larger apartments. If you're living in one of the 900 sqft+ units, are they any different from the smaller units? I know the penthouse is different and not the unit I want to live in. Additionally, how are the laundry services there? Are they solely coin operated or do they have an app like Pay Range? If you could provide some pics of your unit, that would be great (send via DM).

What's the biggest downside to living there? One of the reasons I want to move there is to be closer to places of interest w/o needing transportation. Where I'm at now is like an oasis in a desert: nice and secluded, but nothing within walking distance. So, I'm stuck at home most of the time (can't drive due to visual impairments).

Anyways, I'm just putting out some feelers for this location, I'm probably a couple years out before I make the jump. TIA!
