Help, I Lost all my USB drives. I'm getting freaked out and very paranoid over it.

i lost all my USB drives a year ago and it's still messing with my head to this day. I stored all my usb drives inside a medicine bottle. i looked everywhere in my house and to all the people who might've known where it was but i've had no luck. I'm a very paranoid person and those USBs contain very sensitive and important information. I'm scared. i don't know what i should do. i'm hoping it got thrown away in the garbage in case someone found the medicine bottle. But i'm scared. what if went to the wrong hands, someone might try to snoop into the files and blackmail me, Or worse leak the information online. please let me know what your thoughts are one this and what i should do. Thank You.
