Looking for an absolute beast

Older guy here with very little computer knowledge. I recently accidentally broke my grandnephew's laptop and I'm wanting to replace it by Christmas. He's a good kid and a talented artist and I feel just awful for wrecking the old one. I offered to just buy it outright but my niece is insistent that it be a surprise for christmas. As a result, I'm flying a little blind, but I've managed to get the following information from my grandniece about what his dream tablet would be:

• Windows, not Mac

• Something that can be both a Pen-tablet (Like an IPAD) and a laptop. He is a very good illustrator

• She says he would like something powerful; he has always been function-over-form!

• He does not care if it is bulky/heavy!

• Lots of Rams

• Lots of Ports

• Big storage

• Big display

Does that make any sense? Money is no object in this case, so please just let me know what is most powerful for him. I want him to be able to draw again!

Thank you,
Elliot
