My boyfriend never initiates sex and we hardly ever have it.

Context I’m 24F he 30M we been together four years and we live long distance, well two hour commute, he travels to me 2/3 times a week as he drives after work and has to leave early in mornings, and if I’m not working weekend I travel to him, but mostly he is doing the commute to and from work so we still see eachover around 4 out of seven says a week, he sleeps really bad and struggled with snoring (maybe sleep apnea) he is having his adenoids out soon to see how he copes after that, I am the only female he’s slept with, he is anti porn and really against it, when we first met we used to go like rabbits, but I’m also aware now he used to take a blue pill when we was first seeing eachover so could go rounds, we have sex sometimes once every two weeks…. I have a higher sex drive then him, he hardly tried it on with me and always so tired to go again after the first time and doesn’t last much longer then 5 minutes… it is starting to bother me but understand he’s working hard getting up early driving two hours to me then having to leave early the next morning as his work is sometimes a lot further out then two hours, how can I help this? I do give him Bj’: often but I’m not sexually satisfied and it’s getting to me, what can I do?
