Replace 13 year d Furnace or repair

Hello!

My furnace went out so I had a company come out to take a look. The furnace has a cracked heat exchanger (under warranty). The labor to replace it is $1500. I also was given the opportunity to replace the entire furnace to a 96% efficiency for $3670.

What route do I take?
