Medication for not caring what people think?

Is there a medication that anyone has had any luck with? I struggle so much and have gone to all the therapy and learned the tools to cope with it and survive but my social anxiety is holding me back from succeeding in life more than the basics. I need to just not care about it anymore; this is a living hell. Im praying someone has had some luck with something.
