Does upgrading Gunnery in railjack intrinsics affect archwing/necramech in non RJ missions?

Like I see rank 4 gunnery gives archwing fury, which increases archwing range and damage. Does this apply to EVERY situation where I use my archwing? So the open world, archwing missions, etc. or only to Railjack?
