What is the hate for female characters besides the geese?

So recently I have noticed something typically when a female character is introduced or gains more screen time they typically get hated on. Matilda for example is a really good character in my opinion but is hated on and people want her to die every episode related to her front or her. Kasiel is another female character who is written somewhat poorly but has been getting better overtime but yet half the sub hates her and half love her. Yet the geese who have for one never spoken. And two mostly been fighting for a bad cause get loved simply for the fact that fortress goose occasionally has reactions that somewhat show some emotions.
