Photographer 8 weeks over own ts&cs- what would you do

Hi everyone I got married end of June and we had a lovely day Our photographer was contracted for joint photo and video all day, we paid up front on booking. They were lovely helpful and showed us great previews on the day. We had an issue with them sending their initial teaser which should have been sent within 7 days. I waited a month as we went on honeymoon straight away, emailed and they apologised so no problem. Per the contract we signed, they said the full package would be delivered within 6-12 weeks of the wedding date or 12-14 weeks in busy periods. We received our photos 15 weeks after the wedding (2nd week October). We still have not received any videos. I emailed at the start of November just for a time frame for when we can expect the video and they replied to say we were scheduled for November. Obviously today is Dec 1st They are really really nice and they went above and beyond on our wedding day. My friend had used them before and didn’t have any issues with delivery of the final package. I don’t want to pester them but I do want my videos back as we have paid for them or to be reassured that they exist at this point, or an accurate time frame I’m concerned that now it’s December they are likely to get busier with bookings again Would you email again or wait a bit longer?
