Static bracelet on Horizon 7.8

Been dealing with static shock from the tread for some time now. Finally bought this (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BF5JKZ2F?ref\_=ppx\_hzsearch\_conn\_dt\_b\_fed\_asin\_title\_1&th=1) to help. Tried using it this morning with the clip attached to the fan and was still getting shocked.

For anyone that has used these, where are you attaching it on the tread to get rid of the shocking
