MSI MAG 321CUP QD-OLED Panel Damage

Heyo, need some help!

I've been having alot of trouble with my oled screen where these gray spots appear on the panel. The same grey color appeared when i tried cleaning my previous monitor with IPA and the included microfiber, that fucked up the entire coating however luckily i got a new one from the warrant.

However for this screen i havent touched the panel at all due to me learning how delicate these screens are. I suspect this might be the anti-glare coating somehow having taken damage, however that seems wierd given that i definetly have not touched the panel in any way since i got the replacement. Neither have i cleaned it.

As a note, the same spots appeared on the initial monitor i got. That was the reason for me trying to clean it.

Does anyone have any experience with this, know what those spots are and why they appear?
