Negative stories about DH

Just curious if anyone gets discouraged by reading all the negative stories on Reddit or other social media sites about the DH profession by current RDHs? I see so many people talk about how they are leaving the field and I am actively wanting to get into it. Makes me nervous. What are yalls thoughts on this?
