Wa are seeking hotel "with the mood" in Spain for a short vacation

We are planning a short vacation at the end of the year in Spain. I'm curious could someone recommend us an hotel "with the mood"? I mean that it should be not a small hotel with a decent bar, where my wife can hookup someone for the next room fun.

We are in a planing state now, so any recommendation are appreciated, except Barcelona.
