Looking for a business Partner

Morning everyone,

This is my first post—nice to meet you all. I’m looking for a driven, motivated business partner. As my companies grow, I’ve realized I can’t scale alone. I currently have five employees, but they’re committed to daily operations, and I need someone who can help drive expansion.

I own a TPA (Third Party Administrator) business in California. The license was obtained in 2023, but I focused on growing another business that became successful, and now I’m ready to expand the TPA side.

I also operate a PEO (Professional Employer Organization).
The PEO allows me to combine small, medium, and large businesses into a single health insurance plan under our umbrella, where we serve as the employer of record. The TPA enables us to process claims, handle payouts, and manage both contracted and non-contracted providers.

The startup capital is already in place.
What I’m looking for now is a partner with strong Human Resources expertise, someone who deeply understands California compliance law and can take the lead on the PEO operations while we scale the health plan.
