First time and loved it, thanks to the nudist communauty !

NSFWStory

For several years, I had been drawn to naturism — that direct contact with nature, the ease in social interactions, and the kindness that seemed to prevail — but I had never had the courage to take the plunge.

So this summer, when I had a day to myself to spend on the coast, I finally jumped in! I started by visiting a lovely touristy coastal town, then had lunch on a “normal” beach. Around 3 p.m., I went for it. Hell, after all, I had been dying to try it and had always held back out of fear. So I grabbed my phone, searched for the nearest naturist beach, and got in my car.

The drive was awful — I was torn between excitement, like when you know you're about to get something you've been longing for, and terrible anxiety. Wasn't it ridiculous to want to try this?

Once I arrived, there was no more room for doubt or hesitation — I went in. It was a gorgeous white-sand beach, the sun was warm. I saw the sign “Naturism tolerated beyond this point,” and naked people. After that sign, I couldn't turn back anymore, so I stopped and took everything off. It was a disaster — I turned bright red and could barely swallow! I walked about 80 meters to find myself a quiet spot and settle in.

Once I recovered from the shock, I began to feel the sense of liberation. The sun warming me, the breeze caressing me, the sand softening everything… I felt such ease! I went for a swim, and the revelation continued — I was absolutely free!

After that, I walked along the water’s edge all the way down the beach, feeling freer and more comfortable with my body with every step. What a weight lifted off my shoulders! A regular eventually came to talk with me — about everything and nothing, a bit about naturism, and a lot about life. I have such a fond memory of that simple, sincere encounter.

Dear naturist friends, I wanted to thank you for your lifestyle, for being so open and kind, for preserving this spirit and these practices! I can’t wait to do it again next year!
