Best states to acquire $100 nickel boxes?

Personally I have not had too much difficulty acquiring boxes of nickels here in Florida but have heard from friends that boxes are hard to come by in their home state, either due to banks being stingy or just not having them available. Where is the highest concentration of nickels going to? Places like NYC? Thank you for your answers
