Help With Amp

I am a returning player, I haven’t touch this game for about 6-7 years. I was MR 16 managed to get to MR 20 currently. Just learn about Lil Duck on Fortuna, I haven’t had the chance to unlock yet. What is a good amp build currently for that I can rock for the amp vendor on Earth. Thank you !
