Are all IRG study section review meetings now only virtual?

My SRO has declared all future meetings will now be virtual only. We used to alternate in person meetings with virtual for my IRG. Is this the case for all NIH Study Sections? I feel that they are doing this as a cost-cutting procedure from above. I, for one, will certainly miss the collegial interactions and stimulating discussions, outings, meals, etc. of the in person meetings.
