Y'all I am desperate for range - seeking wireless On-ear / In-ear for work desktop

Headphones - Wireless/Portable

I am seriously desperate to find some computer-centered headphones with a good wireless range and passable or better mic quality; context below. My budget is anything under $500 bucks. I sweat an incredible amount, especially from the head, so I'm not inclined to get over-ear cans (but not opposed if that's what it takes).

My priorities are, in order: wireless range for both headphones and mic, overall mic quality, then sound quality. As long as I can both hear and be heard for Teams/Discord/VOIP voice quality I'm good. I can work with 2.4Ghz, Bluetooth, or other connections.

For context: I frequently have to walk between two rooms at work while talking on Teams, about 2-3 hours a day swapping. Because of the ways in which I work / share computer screens, it's not feasible to simply connect using a cellphone and VOIP of choice. Likewise, I have a computer tower and no laptop.

The rooms are in an L-shaped pattern and have a short 10 foot hallway between them. Most headsets tend to cut out the moment I'm out of line-of-site from my terminal. There's nothing special about the office - just sheetrock and wood framing.

I've tried a few sets: JBL (forgot model), Plantronics/HP Voyager Focus UC, Logitech H600, EarFun Pro4, Shokz OpenMove, Tozo NC7, and some no-name off brand issued by the company. The Plantronics used to be the best (read: acceptable) but fell off due to bad software updates once the company was bought by Poly and then HP. With the Plantronics and Tozo I could at least hear the call, but any attempts to speak while in the other room would be robotic and bitcrushed.

Y'all I am at my wits end trying to even find a set of cans to try. I'm a novice when it comes to headphones in general, and I find it incredibly imposing to wade through the mire and sea of bad advertisements, fake or crappy reviews, misleading product pages, and flood of items of nearly-identical but poor quality. So I am hoping and leaning on the expertise and knowledge of people in here. Any advice, info, recommendations, or similar would be a huge help.

Thanks in advance.
